The apple doesn't fall far from the Gorga tree when Teresa Giudice's  six-year-old daughter Milania   pretends to be her aunt Melissa Gorga and climbs a stripper pole!

Meanwhile, Jacqueline Laurita decides it's time for a little personal body maintenance -- she's getting a tummy tuck.

In an uncomfortable moment in an upcoming episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, during a family outing no less, Milania makes her way up a stripper pole installed on a custom bus.

As the first-grader climbs to the top and her parents look on, Milania exclaims, "I'm Melissa, I'm going on the pole."

The real Melissa, sitting nearby on husband Joe's  lap, uncomfortably adds, "Oh, how I miss the pole!"

In the same episode, stay-at-home mom Jacqueline, who's had her share of battles with not only Teresa, but with her own daughter Ashlee, announces she^1s ready for a little nip and tuck.

"I've decided I'm going to get a tummy tuck," Jacqueline, while shopping for lingerie, tells Kathy Wakile.
