Record executive and former The X Factor judge L.A. Reid has just plonked his sprawling 7,000 square feet, 8 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms estate in Sagaponack, a village in the Town of Southampton in Suffolk County, N.Y., on the market for $18.99 million, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

According to the listing, via Sotheby's, the estate is a "one-of-a-kind elegant property" on over three manicured acres.
