Jenny McCarthy is reportedly set to join the ladies of The View as a permanent host when Joy Behar leaves the daytime talk show in August, RadarOnline.com is reporting.
The 40-year-old has guest hosted many times for the hit ABC show and a source tells Us Weekly, "She is in talks right now. The cast and crew get a kick out of Jenny, she's a good fit."
Jenny was initially too busy to entertain offers from The View because she has her own show on VH1, The Jenny McCarthy Show, but after getting a seven-show renewal in March it has failed to gain viewers and will likely get canceled.
