Kenya Moore is not going to be a homeless real housewife just yet, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Embroiled in a nasty battle with her landlord, Kenya was ordered out of her Atlanta home last week. But a Georgia judge has given her one more opportunity to remain in the rental property owned by Conya Dillon.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star's attorney Marcia Fuller has convinced the judge to allow her to stay in the home until a hearing next month.

A spokesperson for Kenya told RadarOnline.com: "Kenya has paid her $3999.99 rent through June."
The court date is scheduled for July 9, 2013.
Access Atlanta reported the details of the legal discord, writing: "When Moore and her attorney did not appear in court for the original eviction hearing last week, the magistrate judge granted Dillon the eviction and dropped a countersuit Moore had filed against Dillon."
