The 49-year-old ex-wife of J.P. Morgan magnate John Morgan has placed the 8,300 square-foot ranch on the market for a Rocky Mountain high price of $9.15 million, in what she calls a move to separate marital assets and move forward.
The home, which sits on a 35-acre ranch, and a converted 19th century barn, boats a number of amenities even many of the rich and famous aren't accustomed to: 35-foot-high ceilings, a waterfall, an observatory, a library, a tennis court and a nanny nook, among them.
