Kelsey Grammer has made a $200,000 profit on the sale of a Spanish Colonial mansion he owned in Beverly Hills, Calif., RadarOnline.com has learned.

The ex-Frasier star sold the six-bedroom property for $6.7 million -- complete with a guest house -- after purchasing it, with his new wife Kayte Walsh, in April last year for $6.5 million.

According to the Keller Williams Hollywood Hills realtor listing, the home was originally designed in 1926 and offers a "dramatic two-story entry blends a perfectly proportioned galleria and step down living room."

The lucky buyer scooped up the property after just a month on the market; it comes complete with an enchanting pool and gardens that is "perfect for large-scale entertaining" and a three car garage plus gated motor court.

Others perks include a play/media room, intimate den, butlers' pantry with refrigerated wine storage and a large utility room with bath.

Grammer, 58, split from his third wife, Camille, in 2010. As part of their divorce, the pair is selling another Beverly Hills manor, but was recently forced to slash the asking price by more than $1 million.
