Tell It To The Judge! Brooke Mueller Accuses Denise Richards Of Violating Gag Order In Custody Dispute Over Twin Sons

Brooke Mueller accused Denise Richards of violating a gag order in the ongoing custody dispute over her twin sons, Bob & Max, with ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Mueller claimed the violation came when Denise was photographed with the boys during a preschool field trip by photographers, and Mueller then sent her lawyers to court last Friday in hopes of stripping the James Bond beauty of temporary guardianship, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.
Richards was photographed by the paps during a preschool field trip with Bob and Max Sheen, 4, last week. Mueller contended that "Denise staged the photo op to portray Brooke as a bad mother," a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively. "The field trip the preschool took was to a local farm, and there were other celebs with their kids in attendance also.
"Halle Berry was there with daughter, Nahla, (she doesn't go to the same preschool as Charlie's kids) and had her picture taken also. It was a ridiculous claim for Brooke to make because there was no evidence to support her claims. Denise and Charlie have both respected the gag order and haven't spoken to the media about the situation."
As we previously reported, lawyers for Mueller secretly went back in front of a Los Angeles judge for a third time last Friday in a desperate attempt to have Mueller’s brother installed as temporary guardian of Max and Bob.
Mueller is still in the Betty Ford Center.
But the judge in the child dependency court refused to make any changes to the current living situation of the 4-year-olds, under the roof of Sheen’s second ex-wife, Denise.

Mueller recently checked into the Betty Ford Center for a 30-day treatment stint, making it her 20th time she’s entered a treatment facility to seek help for substance abuse.
The twins were taken away from Mueller because of fears their mother’s drug use could endanger them. Richards was given temporary custody of the boys with Sheen’s blessing.
And there’s a lot more at stake in this custody battle, too: One insider noted that the boys are their troubled mother’s “only source of income.
“Brooke is concerned with making sure that Charlie continues to pay her child support of $55,000 each month,” the insider said.
