Lisa Vanderpump FURIOUS With DWTS Announcing She Was In Bottom Two, When They Knew There'd Be No Eliminations!
March 28 2013, Published 5:05 p.m. ET
Reality TV star Lisa Vanderpump is furious with Dancing with the Stars for revealing on air that she and her partner, Gleb Savchenko, were in the bottom two -- even though former champion figure skater, Dorothy Hamill had already told producers BEFORE the results show was filmed that she would be withdrawing because of an injury, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
"Lisa wasn't happy with the producers’ decision to broadcast who the bottom two couples were since they already knew Dorothy was quitting and therefore no-one was going to be eliminated that week,” a source tells Radar.
“Lisa's ego was bruised and she just didn't understand the decision to draw out the drama until the very end of the show. Lisa is vowing to step up her game for the second week because she doesn't want to be voted off so early in the competition," the insider adds.
As previously reported, Hamill officially withdrew from the competition at the end of Tuesday’s results show, citing pain in her spine caused by a cyst.

“I’ve taken the advice from my spine surgeon and I need to withdraw from the competition,” Dorothy told host Tom Bergeron. “It could be irreparable nerve damage, and it would be completely unfair for me to stay in this and have any of these people go home. I can’t do what I need to.”
In addition to Vanderpump, boxer Victor Ortiz was also in jeopardy of being sent home.
"Lisa will NOT be happy if she's eliminated so early," the source says. "She has been a real trooper and is really putting herself out there. Gleb is really pushing her outside of her comfort zone."
Dancing with the Stars returns Monday at 8/7c on ABC.
