Sitting high atop the hillside in South Laguna's gated Three Arch Bay community, the sprawling ocean-view home, owned by Kristin's dad Dennis and her stepmother, even made a TV cameo when the former Dancing With the Stars contestant went for a family visits during season five of The Hills.
