From the red carpet of the swankiest soirees to the city streets, Hollywood's hottest stars were dressed to rock and shock on Tuesday in the best and worst duds, and RadarOnline.com has all the photos in our daily fashion feature.

Blake Lively brought out the bombshell to support her pal Christian Louboutin at his Barney's New York book signing.  The gorgeous Gossip Girl rocked a fab floral Dolce & Gabbana bustier top with a short crocheted skirt, also D&G, which she paired with colorful and snaky Christian Louboutin Pigalle pumps.  To keep warm, Blake added a ravishing red Valentino jacket.

Also looking diving in Dolce was Victoria's Secret Angel Candice Swanepoel, who showed off her model bod in a white lace cocktail dress, as she and Erin Heatherton hosted the Victoria's Secret Dream Angels Event in NYC.

Sarah Jessica Parker experienced a fascinator faux pas down under, making a promotional appearance in a sculptural Philip Treacy ­ but don't get us wrong!  We love her tweed Chanel cocktail dress and Manolo Blahnik heels!

Talk about a pretty princess!  Princess Charlene of Monaco dazzled at the Princess Grace Foundation Annual Gala, wearing an impeccably beaded Christian Dior gown, where Anne Hathaway (who played a princess in The Princess Diaries!) looked regal in a sparkling Valentino Couture cocktail dress with Christian Louboutin heels.
