The Bachelor: London Calling’s Matt Grant was on the red carpet as a special correspondent for RadarOnline.com at the third annual TeenNick Halo wards at the Hollywood Palladium Wednesday, where he chatted with stars such as Nick Cannon, Heidi Klum and True Blood's Stephen Moyer about the event, Halloween and much more!

Host Nick Cannon, who developed the awards show, said he "definitely created it for the kids of today.

Cannon -- who, with wife Mariah Carey, recently showed his adorable twins Monroe and Moroccan to the world -- lamented, "Twelve years from now, my kids could be Halo nominees as well!"

Cannon told Matt the young people on hand Wednesday "are great examples of leaders and world changers" in the making.

And talk about good timing: We also caught up with supermodel Heidi Klum, who famously throws Hollywood's most lavish Halloween party each year.

"It's always a challenge for me every year to top myself from the year before," Klum told us. "I like that challenge!"

Klum said she keeps very strict rules for her parties, putting on the invitation that guests needs to be in costume to attend. While she's never asked anyone to leave, she did remember a costume-less guest that almost caused her a royal pain: Prince Andrew.

She said, "I saw him and I said, 'What a great costume, he looks just like Prince Andrew!"

We also caught up with one of TV’s hottest stars, True Blood’s Stephen Moyer, who joked with Grant, his fellow Englishman, that he's not really British.

"No this is what I'm putting on,” he said. “I'm from Albuquerque, actually!"

The TeenNick Halo Awards airs Sunday, November 6 at 8/7c on Nick at Nite.
