From the swankiest soirees in the world to the city streets, stars were dressed to rock and shock in the best, worst and wackiest fashions - and RadarOnline.com has all the photos in our weekly feature!

Kate Middleton was by far the most talked-about trendsetter during her visit to Tinseltown. Roseanne's Nuts when it comes to fashion!  The comedic actress was out in full-force this week promoting her new show, but the powerful personality could have used a little assistance from a stylist.

And though Lady Gaga was dressed to shock as usual, the wackiest look of the week was courtesy of aerobics king Richard Simmons, who decorated himself in colored pom-poms for his birthday.

At the ESPY awards, Brooklyn Decker and Amber Heard scored best dressed status, while Emma Watson went on a Harry Potter style streak in NYC.
