It was another rocking and shocking week on the fashion front, as Hollywood stars hit the red carpet and the streets in the hottest and nottest duds.

RadarOnline.com has all the wardrobe winners and sinners in our weekly photo feature.

Mila Kunis continued her Friends with Benefits style streak in Europe. The bombshell brunette rocked an absolutely angelic look to the Moscow premiere of her romcom, pairing an Elie Saab Couture dress with white and gold platform pumps from the same collection.  Other impressive premiere looks included Olivia Wilde in Dolce & Gabbana at Cowboys & Aliens and Freida Pinto in Juan Carlos Obando at Rise of the Planet of the Apes.

Paz del Huerta encountered an la mode mishap at The Devil's Double premiere in NYC. The Boardwalk Empire bad girl paired barely buttoned-up silver spandex pants, with a bra-baring lace blouse leaving very little to the imagination.

And funky fashion was in no shortage, with Katy Perry rocking a custom-made Smurfs dress and matching mani to the movie's premiere, Johnny Weir dressing like a lady for an afternoon of shoe shopping at Christian Louboutin and Lady Gaga dressing like her wacky self all over Los Angeles.

What other stars were dressed to rock and shock this week?  Click here to find out.
