Penelope Cruz was dressed to thrill in her homeland, wearing eye-popping color to perfection.  The bigscreen babe hit the Inauguration of the Street of Stars in Madrid showing some shoulder in a deep orange Roksanda Ilincic dress, which she paired with Christian Louboutin cork heels.

Beyonce celebrated the release of latest album Beyonce 4 with a celeb-filled surprise show in London.  Brit babe Paloma Faith landed herself worst dressed status, dressing a little too much like the bootylicious singer in a Louis Vuitton ensemble, Yves Saint Laurent Trib Too heels and a wacky hat, while Gwyneth Paltrow was in fierce summer fashion in an Etoile Isabel Marant chiffon frock and Givenchy sandals.
