From the red carpet of the MTV Movie Awards to the streets, stars were dressed to rock and shock in the best, worst & wackiest fashions and RadarOnline.com has all the photos in our weekly fashion feature!

Hollywood's top celebs were out in full-force on Sunday for the MTV Movie Awards. Twilight star Kristen Stewart proved that it's not only vampires who glow in daylight in a embellished Balmain mini at the MTV Movie Awards. While Gossip Girl star Blake Lively showed the world why Leonardo DiCaprio fell for her in a beautiful blue Michael Kors cocktail dress, and newlywed Reese Witherspoon proved she's still sexy with a skin tight Zac Posen dress.

A sophisticated crowd gathered for the CFDA Awards where new mom Miranda Kerr showed off her supermodel style rocking a sexy Michael Kors cutout number. But as usual, Lady Gaga stole the show in a custom-made see-through gown that showed off more than any member of the audience wanted to see.

Elsewhere, newly-engaged Kim Kardashian showed off her enviable curves in a Dolce & Gabbana sweetheart strapless, while the world's most glamorous Duchess went on her first post-wedding formal appearance in a glittering Jenny Packham gown in London.

On the scary side, always daring Rihanna's neon-hued plastic bikini was a startling sight for fans and her florescent boots did nothing to soften the blow.
