From the Glamour Women of the Year Awards to the Monte Carlo TV Festival, stars were dressed to rock and shock on Tuesday—and RadarOnline.com has all the photos.

Maggie Q looked Little Goth on the Prairie at a Monte Carlo TV Festival photo call, wearing a sheer black disaster of a dress, while Rihanna definitely stood out on the stage, wearing a neon-hued plastic bikini during a performance.
