From the red carpet of The Hangover II to the streets of NYC, stars were dressed to rock and shock on Thursday and RadarOnline.com has all the wardrobe winners and sinners in our daily fashion feature.

Crystal, the most famous primate in the world, experienced a fashion faux pas the Los Angeles premiere of The Hangover II, rocking bloomers under her halter maxi dress. Kristen Bell saved the style day, however, looking uber sexy in a pastel J. Mendel dress and Brian Atwood heels.

Emmy Rossum showed off her Shameless-ly sexy bod at the opening night of Beauty Culture at The Annenberg Space for Photography Opening in Los Angeles, rocking a Monique Lhuillier mini with pointy-toed pumps, while Rachel Bilson classed up the CW Network’s 2011 Upfront in NYC, pairing her tweed Chanel Couture dress with Brian Atwood heels.
