We know Carmen Electra as one of the sexiest - and bustiest - bombshells in Hollywood, but the actress and model wasn't always so well endowed. At the age of 27, Carmen had a breast augmentation surgery, inflating her 32B cup size to a whopping DD! This year, Carmen made a confession to Contact Music.

"It's nice that I don't have to wear a push-up bra anymore," she admitted during an interview, "but I could have left myself alone."

Courtney Love is one of the most talked about plastic surgery cases in Hollywood, and though the Hole front woman doesn't usually talk about her specific procedures, she opened up on her MySpace page about her over inflated trout pout.

"I just want the mouth God gave me back," she wrote. "It was perfectly cute, and I had nice big lips."

Though Kim Kardashian denies getting a little boost to her boobs or her derriere, the reality show star braved up and got Botox on a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, but later expressed regrets.
