Ex-Girlfriend Drops Restraining Order Against Tom Sizemore

Tom Sizemore's baby mama to two of his children, Jinele McIntire, has dropped a restraining order against him.
The former couple had twin sons together.
McIntire had requested the restraining order after an alleged incident at Sizemore's home on June 22nd.
Jinele claimed that Sizemore had punched her in the face and head, causing her ear to bleed and that he "punched me in the stomach with such force that it took my breath away."
Sizemore recently completed a successful stint on Celebrity Rehab.
The court docs state, "pursuant to the oral request of the Petitioner, today's matter is taken off calendar and the temporary restraining order is hereby ordered dissolved without prejudice."
