BEST: Kelly Ripa braved the humidity of New York City on August 11 in a comfy, casual outfit that was a refreshing change to the designer dresses she wears on Live With Regis And Kelly. Ripa was spotted earlier in the day in the same outfit but wearing high heels – the savvy TV host wisely decided that flip flops were a smarter pairing for her patterned shorts.

BEST: Tori Spelling’s bright blue shorts were a hit with fans at Disney’s World Of Cars event on August 11, but their vibrant color seems to be a little blinding for daughter Stella, who hid her eyes from the glare!

WORST: Former fashionista Mischa Barton has been stuck in a serious style rut for a couple of years and dug herself in even deeper with these oversize denim shorts and sloppy bikini top while vacationing in chic St Tropez.

BEST: Julia Roberts showed off her fabulous pins in a pair of designer Diane Von Furstenberg shorts at the Eat, Pray, Love premiere in New York City on August 10. With her upper body covered in a tailored Stella McCartney jacket, the 42-year-old actress was all long legs and big smile!
