The Mean Girls star was spotted making her way out of Voyeur nightclub in Los Angeles looking worse for the wear.

Clutching a Red Bull can and a pink cell phone, Lohan’s face showed signs of fatigue as she climbed into a waiting car with her pals.
Lohan, who was wearing a short, black mini dress and knee-high leggings, also had a bizarre encounter during her night on the town.
“A waitress just hit me - punched me for no reason,” she tweeted around 1 a.m.
Lindsay’s father Michael Lohan spoke to RadarOnline.com about his wishes for this next year in her life.
“I hope I have the opportunity to take her to dinner for her birthday,” he said. “I hope this year only brings only the best people and things into her life. But the greatest gift for her will be for her to get through her court case coming up.”
He also gave his approval on Lindsay’s growing friendship with Kim Kardashian: “Kim will tell you this, I told her that I wanted her to befriend Lindsay so that she could help steer her in the right direction. I mean, look at Kim and what she’s accomplished.”
