5 drops green jalapeno Tabasco sauce

1/2 oz fresh sweet and sour

"squirt" of egg white (optional)

Frankly, with sake this good, we wouldn’t want to mix it but just enjoy sipping it, but its Father’s Day, so let him do what he wants. (The sake also been rumored to be hang-over free but we can’t verify that at this time.)
