The most recent episode of 19 Kids and Counting shows the Duggar family living in Little Rock, Arkansas while little Josie remains in the hospital, and the family takes a road trip to a home-schooling conference in Texas. True to Duggar family form they packed everything in the house except for the kitchen sink for the trip!

The Duggars took 40 cans of green beans, 150 pairs of underwear, 200 rolls of toilet paper and one unicycle!
Jim Bob drove the huge family bus with all of the kids to the conference. “Life on the bus is exciting,” said Jill. Jackson played around on the bunk beds on the bus and as always there were mishaps, and little Johannah managed to be adorable as she spilled her water “all the way under her bottom,” while strapped in her car seat.
The family packed mattresses, RVs, bikes, golf carts, everything they needed to set up camp for a few days. It was a four-hour drive and once they met up with their friends and other families they all had a great time. Jinger was able to play in the orchestra and loved it, saying “It was so much fun.”
Mom Michelle stayed in Little Rock so she could visit Josie in the hospital every day, but the silence of the house without her brood was overwhelming.
“It’s strangely quiet here, this is not good,” Michelle said. She wasn’t at the house too long; she arrived at the hospital every morning for Josie’s 9 o’clock feeding and left evenings around 1 am after her midnight feeding. With her newfound silence Michelle was able to write in the journal that she has been keeping since Josie was just days old.
Jim Bob said “It’s really different without Michelle here,” while they were in Texas and Michelle agreed, and said to Josie “Next year hopefully you and Mommy will be able to go too.”
19 Kids and Counting airs on TLC on Tuesdays at 9pm.
