The stars of MTV's Jersey Shore are known for their drunken bar fights and the lawsuits are starting to pile up. Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola is being accused of punching a 24-year-old girl in the face and RadarOnline.com has the exclusive photos of the victim's black eye.

Kristen Deminco was assaulted and punched twice in the face by Sammi at Club Dream in Miami, her attorney Tom Pennekamp claimed in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com.

"One of the male cast members approached my client and they started talking, and then Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola came over and punched her in the face and head," Pennekamp alleged.
In the press conference held Tuesday, Deminco said she was talking to Ronnie when Sammi came over and punched her. She said she doesn't watch Jersey Shore and had no idea that Ronnie and Sammi were dating.

Deminco was celebrating a friend's birthday in the VIP section of the club when the Jersey Shore cast arrived. All the patrons were asked to sign MTV releases to appear on the show, which Karen agreed to, unaware of the violent turn the night would take.

According to Karen's attorney, she wasn't the only victim that evening.
The Jersey Shore cast was involved in a second fight that night where a cast member was kicking another patron in the head and the were eventually kicked out of the club.
"We're going to file charges today and we plan to file a civil suit aswell," added Pennekamp.
