Audrina Patridge's Alleged Stalker Mentally Competent Court Rules

The man charged with stalking Audrina Patridge was ruled to be mentally competent Tuesday in a Los Angeles court hearing.
Zachary James Loring's next court date is June 21 and will be a pre-trial hearing on his felony charge, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

Loring was arrested after violating terms of a restraining order obtained against him by The Hills star last year.

While the restraining order was still in place, Loring allegedly came to Patridge's house in February while she was home and began buzzing her front gate incessantly. Patridge call the cops, and Loring was taken into custody.
Loring is currently behind bars and unable to make bail.
Last year Loring showed up at Patridge's house with poems and drawings, including one showing a woman being hanged.
