Reggie Bush has more problems than just his love life: the ex of socialite Kim Kardashian has been ordered by a San Diego judge to give a deposition in the case of a sports marketer who has filed a $291,000-plus civil suit against the NFL star.
RadarOnline.com has learned that sports marketer Lloyd Lake claims he gave the New Orleans Saints running back and his family $291,000 in cash and gifts during Bush's days as a college star at USC. Lake and his ex-business partner Michael Michaels will also be deposed. (Michaels reached a reported $300,000 settlement with Bush in 2007 in a similar case.)

"Now, the truth will finally come out," Lake's attorney Brian Watkins said.
The case is sure to draw the attention of NCAA officials, who could punish USC if any of the testimony given in the depositions indicate rules were broken.
Bush is slated to give the deposition April 23 in San Diego Superior Court.
