PHOTOS: Michael Lohan & Kate Major The Happy Pair At Celeb Boxing News Conference

Michael Lohan and his new fiancee Kate Major were snapped at a news conference Wednesday night promoting Celebrity Boxing 19, during which Major will box against porn star Gina Lynn with the special guest referee being Jesse James’ alleged mistress #1, Michelle “Bombshell” McGee. (Seriously! We’re not making this up!)

Lohan was snapped showing off his muscles in a tank top, looking happy as he said this week he will marry Major -- a former entertainment magazine reporter and former lover of Jon Gosselin's -- at the Oheka Castle Hotel & Estate in Huntington, New York at the end of the year.
Major is filling in for Hailey Glassman, another ex of Gosselin's, who was put off by the idea of stepping into the ring in any capacity with McGee, who has a tattoo of a swastika and has been photographed in Nazi memorabilia (Glassman is Jewish).
The boxing match will be held May 7 at the Polaris Club in Philadelphia.
