Jesse James Cited For Vandalism For Damaging Photographer's Car

Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James has been accused of being many things in the past few weeks, and RadarOnline.com has learned one more title you can add to that list: vandal.
RadarOnline.com has learned that Long Beach police cited James, 40, on Thursday for vandalism in connection with a March 25 incident in which he allegedly damaged a photographer's automobile outside of his business, West Coast Choppers.

The photographer, Ulises Rios, was also cited on stalking charges, police said. The photographer's lawyer, Mark Hashaulter, said his client has footage showing James arguing with him, while his SUV sported two slashed tires, a dented door and a scratched window.
In the meantime, As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, James is currently staying at an Arizona clinic for sex rehabilitation.
