Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi appeared in an Orange County, California courtroom Thursday in her long, long running battle with her ex, Jay Photoglou, and again avoided paying  him a judgment of nearly $20,000.

RadarOnline.com was in court and Gretchen told us that no matter what happens Jay "isn't getting any money" from her.

Jay won a judgment against Gretchen from a previous court case. She did not appear at a scheduled debtors examination court date last week and a bench warrant was issued and held until Thursday.

But Gretchen told RadarOnline.com that no matter what happens she won't be paying Jay, because she says he owes tax money and she would be writing the check to the California Franchise Tax Board!

The parties are due in court again Friday.

Jay was not in court Thursday.

Jay's lawyer Orlando Castano told RadarOnline.com that his client will continue to seek damages saying,  "Today the judge extended the hearing for one more day because they need to post a bond, which is for double the amount of the judgment in order for the stay on the examination to go into effect, otherwise I will be bale to examine her, or they can present a check to my client."

But Gretchen's lawyer Gregory Brown fired back, telling RadarOnline.com:  "He's never going to get any money, the franchise tax-board has demanded that we pay any money to them, we offered to pay it all to the Orangewood Children's foundation instead of sending ti to the IRS and they didn't want to do that."
