VIDEO: Michelle Duggar's "Skim" Breast Milk Not Enough For Baby Josie

Josie, the nineteenth addition to the Duggar family, showed great progress on Tuesday's brand new episode of TLC's 19 And Counting, but the 54-day-old premature baby requires supplemental nutrition which she is not getting from Michelle's fat-free breast milk, according to the mom of 19.
In the Arkansas Children's hospital, baby Josie's neonatologist Dr. Arrington describes Josie as a "model 25-week gestation baby" who no longer requires a ventilator, "little or no oxygen throughout the day" and her lungs "look reasonably normal" on the x-rays.
The one area Josie needed improvement was the "growth curve" according to the specialist. "She's a little behind the growth curve - so our intention is to help her catch up on her growth. To do that, we supplemented the breast milk."

Michelle responded to the doctor's prognosis with a confession. "This is the first time I really gotten to tell you this. My breast milk is skim milk. I only have a tiny amount of fat. I always have skinny breast-fed babies. Michelle also added that her children didn't gain weight until she started feeding them spry cereal.
