The newest episode of 19 Kids and Counting showed off the littlest child Josie and the good news of her weight gain.

"She's so beautiful," proud papa Jim Bob said as he visited his daughter for the first time in two weeks.  As shown on an earlier clip on RadarOnline.com, Jim Bob is keeping the family updated with videos of Josie taken on an iPhone.

The Duggar's are still living in Little Rock, Arkansas, three hours from their home in Springdale, and the show focuses on the mischief the smallest children manage to get into in their temporary home.  Michelle said that when they moved into the home it was "like camping out, which is fun."

"We are thrilled to give back," said Michelle.  All of the children answered the phones and took pledges.  Josiah, the family comedian, answered a phone call and teased about the amount pledged "$2 million dollars!" Unfortunately for the hospital, it wasn't $2milllion dollars, but the family did have a great time talking to callers.
