Emotions were high and tempers flared on Monday night's Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp.

Fit Club's resident bad ass trainer, Harvey, started off the show promising rain, mud and misery...and he didn't disappoint.
The red and blue teams faced off for the weekly challenge, running up a mountainside, moving around large crates and erecting a huge tent - all in the pouring rain.

Bobby Brown trailed behind, huffing and puffing as he ran up the hill, Tanisha lagged behind him, prompting team mate Sebastian Bach to comment "She's letting everyone down".
The blue team made it to the top fastest, but then struggled to set up camp, whereas the red team worked well together as a team and had the tent up and crates moved inside in no time, easily winning the challenge and being awarded the much coveted "fit points".
K-Fed commented that, "I felt like we defeated ourselves - that made me really upset."
When it came to the blue team voting for the "dead weight" they all nominated themselves with the exception of Sebastian, who voted for Tanisha, prompting an all out war!
Tanisha and Sebastian engaged in an expletive filled tirade against each other, with Sebastian insulting Tanisha's weave and Tanisha screaming, "When were you hot? 1980?" Things got so heated that Sebastian even flipped out on a cameraman, pushing him to the ground.

Things got emotional when the teams were played individual video messages from "their team mates at home".
Jay's message was from his whole family who told the Project Runway winner, "We are so proud of you." And vowed that in support of him they would, "leave our pizza and chips and start eating to live, not living to eat." Visibly moved, Jay shared that his dad was diagnosed with diabetes at 35, the age he is now, and that "I don't want to suffer that."
Booby Brown's dad, Herbert, told his son, "It's important that you do this for you and the family. Just push the plate away." Bobby said, "My dad also had diabetes, as well as a quadruple by-pass. I want to be strong like him."
Ex-Baywatch beauty Nicole Eggert was brought to tears by her message from her daughter Dilyn. Dilyn told her mom, "You're a big role in my life, I want you to feel comfortable with yourself. I'm so proud of you."

High School Musical star Kaycee Stroh's husband Ben told her, "I know it's difficult for you at camp and there's loads of drama," but urged her to keep up the good work and to reach her goals.
Sebastian's wife Maria told the rocker, "You mean everything to me." While Tanisha's cousin Arkeen told the ex-Bad Girl, "I know it's hard, but keep at it."
Kevin Federline's girlfriend Victoria Prince told the ex-dancer, "I'm so proud of you. I admire you for doing this. The kids are so proud of you. They all got together and made this 'Go Daddy' sign." Kevin looked moved whereas his ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson just looked uncomfortable, she shared, "I've seen every relationship he's been in. It'll never be easy. I was so in love with him."
Shar was quickly cheered up though by a message from her daughter, Cassie. Cassie told her mom "It's important to get you healthy again." Before telling her she wants her to start dating again, and most importantly,"Beat dad".
Challenge number two was a dance off between the two teams, which prompted Sebastian to comment, "I feel like an idiot. Rockers don't dance." And K-Fed to confess, "I haven't set foot in a dance studio for 5 years."
The blue team won, and an ecstatic Sebastian said, "The blue team kicked ass. For the first time we didn't blow!
Then the ever important weigh-in.
Kaycee exceeded her target of 4lbs, losing an impressive 5lbs. Nicole was just under her target of 3lbs, losing 2lbs. Tanisha blew it out of the water, going well over her target of 4lbs to lose a whopping 7lbs. Jay hit his target of 4lbs. Kfed lost 4lbs, going over his target of 3lbs. Shar, unfortunately didn't lose anything, explaining, "It's been an emotional week for me." Bobby went over his target of 4lbs, losing a total of 5lbs and finally, Sebastian, who lost 3lbs, under his target of 4.
The Blue team were declared overall winners, having lost a total of 20.3% of their body weight, compared to the Red team's 19.2%.
And overall winner? For the second week in a row Kevin Federline ruled supreme, with an overall "fit factor" of 21.2.
