Kate Gosselin received the second lowest score of the night (15 points) on Dancing With The Stars Monday, and RadarOnline.com's Tina Malave caught up with the reality TV mom for an exclusive interview about the endless hours of practice -- accompanied by a few growing pains -- she is putting in to improve her performance.

Clips on the show featured Kate and her dance partner, Tony Dovolani, gnawing at each other during practice sessions, with Dovolani abruptly quitting at one point.

"We had a 30-second moment, that went wrong, I guess, if you wanna call it that," Dovolani told RadarOnline.com of the blow-up, while Kate reminded us that hot tempers can make for great TV.

"My take on that is, coming from the world of reality TV is, why sugarcoat this?" Kate told RadarOnline.com. "This is so difficult, it's so pressure-filled, it's so much harder than I imagined, and the truth is, pressure gets the best of you and people do things they don't really mean to do, and say things they don't even mean to say."

Both said they made up quick, and got back to business. In spite of the lackluster beginning, Kate told RadarOnline.com that she has been going through her dance routines in every waking moment she is not tending to her eight children.

Dancing With The Stars begins at 8/7c Mondays and Tuesdays on ABC.
