Charles Pearson, the man accused of stalking Celebrity Rehab host Dr. Drew Pinsky and his family, is due in court Friday in Pasadena to be arraigned.

RadarOnline.com has learned that during the arraignment the Deputy District Attorney, Wendy Segall, will be asking Judge Terry Smerling to grant a restraining order against Pearson in order to protect Dr. Drew, his wife and their three children.

Small Claim Lawsuit Against Dr. Drew Dismissed
As RadarOnline.com previously reported Pearson allegedly threatened to murder the couple's three teenage children and make Drew's wife, Susan, eat them. In addition Pearson filed a small claims lawsuit against the doctor, which was dismissed Thursday.
