John Edwards cheated and lied when he ran for president. His loyal friend and aide Andrew Young simply lied, helping Edwards execute one of the most outrageous cover up in American political history.
And now Young is cashing in for his part in deceiving the American public – he’s signed with a Hollywood superagent to help make a movie from his book The Politician.

Young is currently on a book tour and got a warm welcome in North Carolina on Tuesday night at Barnes and Noble.
When the National Enquirer first exposed Edwards’ affair with Rielle Hunter, and her pregnancy, Young, at Edwards’ request, came forward and claimed the baby was his! Both Young and his wife Cheri stuck to that lie until the Enquirer caught Edwards in a Los Angeles hotel with Hunter and forced him into a confession.
