Jon and Kate Gosselin are closing another chapter of their life together.

After being on the market for ten months, their starter home in Elizabethtown, Penn., has finally been sold according to real estate web site Zillow.
While the original asking price for the property was $325,000, the final sale price was $258,000- $22,000 less than what they paid for the home in 2006.
