EXCLUSIVE: Read The Court Documents

The world will soon find out, after a judge in Newport Beach, California, ordered the Real Housewife of Orange County to appear in court next month to provide information about her finances and assets, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

As RadarOnline.com reported last week, Rossi's disputed ex Jay Photoglou was awarded $18,900.00 in legal fees connected to a restraining order case filed against him by the reality star last year.

A judge dismissed the case and Photoglou won the right to seek attorney’s fees and costs to fight the order.

“We are looking at every possible asset that she has in order to satisfy this judgment," said Photoglou's attorney Orlando J. Castano, Jr, of this latest court drama.
