Looking slim and pretty and being ever the diplomat, Ricki refused to trash talk the recently surgically enhanced Heidi Montag, saying, "I'm not going to slag her, I'm not going to judge". Although she does concede that Heidi "looked better before". Ricki says she hopes Montag "loves herself now" saying that she believes it's important we "love ourselves and accept who we are."

A mantra Ricki takes to heart, telling RadarOnline.com that at 41-years-old she has never felt better, or looked better. At her heaviest Ricki weighed in at 260 lbs, but has lost the weight through a regime of healthy eating and heavy exercise. Explaining she did it "the old fashioned way" and that she did not have surgery, she tells RadarOnline.com that she exercises "every other day" with a mixture of hiking, spinning, boxing and her new obsession, the bar method, which Ricki explains is a mixture of pilates, ballet and yoga. Ricki credits the bar method with transforming her body in just three weeks.
