Casey Johnson's neighbor reveals new details about the day the Johnson & Johnson heiress was found dead and shows the house where her body was found, in an exclusive video interview with RadarOnline.com.

Johnson's body was discovered Monday and tragically, neighbor Richard Kramer believes she may have been dead for days before being found.

RadarOnline.com has the first video of the guest house where Johnson often lived -- and died alone.

Kramer says on Monday "I came home and there was a police car and also a paramedic van. I was worried. This was about noon. "The housekeeper, who I know, came out and she said, 'It's Casey'

"It was just really sad because I had met her once and spent some time with her and to think that this poor kid would have gone like that was really terrible."

Kramer remembered Casey fondly as someone who had tremendous potential.

"She was so sweet," he told RadarOnline.com. "She was like this little wounded kitten. You sort of felt like this was somebody if they could just pull it together a little bit would be a great person."

Lamenting Casey's death at such a young age, Kramer told RadarOnline.com: "It was the typical case of somebody who had been given everything except boundaries and guidance and a way ot live in the world. It's heartbreaking."
