Days after springing explosive divorce papers on his wife, Simon Barney is issuing a stern warning to the network that airs Tamra Barney’s Real Housewives of Orange County.

Simon filed for divorce on January 7, as first reported by RadarOnline.com, and in the papers charged that Tamra has been “verbally abusive and committed acts of disloyalty and infidelity.”

Tamra has not addressed the situation publicly, other than to post on her Facebook page that she’ll set the record straight Thursday on Andy Cohen’s Bravo show.

But that posting infuriated Simon, and he told RadarOnline.com exclusively:  "Hopefully Andy Cohen and Bravo will have some class and dignity and not use my wife and family for ratings.

“This is a private matter and should be discussed in a court of law, not on a reality show,” Simon continued. “My entire family and especially my children have paid a very dear price for the success of Bravo's Real Housewives of Orange County. If they choose to exploit my family at this difficult time, it would be disgusting.”
