Russell Ferguson doesn't just think he can dance: the 20-year-old Bostonian Wednesday captured the sixth season crown on Fox's hit show, So You Think You Can Dance.

Ferguson edged fellow contestants Ashleigh Di Lello, Ryan Di Lello, Jakob Karr, Kathryn McCormick and Ellenore Scott, for the show's title, a $250,000 prize and the cover of March's Dance Spirit Magazine.

“I just want to thank everybody -- this means everything to me," Ferguson said after his triumph. "I’ve dreamed of this since I was born. I want to thank the judges for their criticism; you guys make me better as a person and as a dancer.”
