EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Michael Lohan Talks About His Business Deals With Jon Gosselin
TLC is suing Gosselin for breach of contract. Gosselin and Lohan had once planned to do a reality TV show called The Divorced Dads Club. That project and others Lohan was negotiating would have been a violation of Gosselin's exclusivity provision in his contract with TLC, the cable net has asserted.
Lohan also told RadarOnline.com that Jon had better beware of what his ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman may say when she is deposed in the case. Hailey's attorney, he said, "has a pretty powerful file, I understand."
Williams & Connolly is one of the best law firms in the country and is pursuing the case against Jon with its typical aggression. Paul Gaffney, a partner in the firm, is the lead attorney.
