The ongoing saga of Jon and Kate Gosselin's deteriorated marriage is finally nearing its end.  A source tells RadarOnline.com that Kate is "thrilled" with their arbitrator's decision of how to divide the couple's property and money. Her lawyer also told RadarOnline.com that the couple's divorce finalization is imminent.

"She couldn’t be happier,” the source told RadarOnline.com exclusively. "Kate is thrilled."

Her lawyer Mark Momjian told RadarOnline.com that his team is "not going to make any comment until the decree is entered."

The decision, which was not expected to be made until December 21, is binding and will be transmitted to divorce court.

Momjian did say that the divorce finalization would happen sometime between now and the end of the year.

“We’re gonna get a formal copy of the arbitrator ruling,” Jon’s attorney Mark Heller told RadarOnline.com. “Some issues still need to be addressed. It’s a work in progress.

"It’s a sealed decision and confidential and we can’t comment on it yet.” Heller also pushed back Momjian’s prediction of an end of the year finalization saying he believed it would occur sometime in January.
