While RadarOnline.com has obtained the $5 million countersuit Jon Gosselin is set to file against TLC, the father of eight stayed mum on the subject on a recent outing near his New York City apartment.

The papers obtained by RadarOnline.com regarding Jon’s response to TLC’s breach of contract lawsuit and request for a preliminary injunction reveal Gosselin was earning $22,000 per half hour episode of Jon & Kate Plus 8 and $45,000 per hour-long episode according to an April 29, 2008 contract.
