As Fox's Glee keeps entertaining the eyes and ears of America, songs from the show continue to be among the most popular weekly selections on iTunes.
On Tuesday, five of the popular show's covers for the week will be released on iTunes: Diana Ross and Lionel Richie’s “Endless Love,” The Pretenders’ “I’ll Stand By You,” Jennifer Paige’s “Crush,” Paul Anka’s “(You’re) Having My Baby” and Bill Withers’ “Lean On Me.” Two more cast mash-ups, of The Police’s “Don’t Stand So Close To Me," and the Union Gap’s “Young Girl,” are also available for purchase.
If you're interested in more, an album compilation of songs from the series, Glee: The Music, Volume 1, is available in stores now; the follow-up, Glee: The Music, Volume 2, hits stores on Dec. 8.
The show details the story of Will, a passionate high school music teacher (Matthew Morrison) who tries to salvage the school's waning glee club program bringing out the best in the young, spirited singers. This week, Will gets tangled up in a sticky situation when one of his singers is too sick to perform.
