REPORT: Lindsay Lohan's Ex-Girlfriend Tries To Get Her Into Rehab

Lindsay Lohan's ex-girlfriend Courtenay Semel has joined the list of friends/former friends/family who are trying to get the deeply troubled starlet into rehab.

It was a confrontation about the subject that left Lindsay in tears when the two women ran into each other at mutual friend Brittny Gastineau's birthday party November 6.

"Courtenay is recently out of rehab and pleaded with Lindsay to do the same," The New York Post is reporting.

Champagne, and downing them both with a friend, Lindsay didn't want to pay. "When the bartender gave her a bill, she had a meltdown. She was yelling at him." The Bar management refused to back down and Lindsay finally had to cough up her credit card info.
