Fulton County Medical Examiner officials declared the death of A.J. Jewell, who appeared on the Real Housewives of Atlanta, a homicide on Tuesday in Atlanta, Georgia.

The death of Jewell -- who was engaged to cast member Kandi Burruss -- resulted from a sickle cell anemia condition that killed him following a fight he had in the parking lot of the Body Tap, a West Atlanta strip club on October 2.
