Britain’s Got Talent’s breakout star Susan Boyle performed her trademark ballad, I Dreamed A Dream, on Tuesday night's edition of Dancing With The Stars.
The 48-year-old, clad in an elegant black gown, is on the promotional trail for her forthcoming album, I Dreamed A Dream. Demand for the YouTube sensation's upcoming release remains high, as Amazon reported that advanced sales numbers of the CD have already trumped numbers generated by artists such as U2, Bruce Springsteen and Coldplay, to name a few.
Singer Mya told RadarOnline.com "it must be intimidating" for Boyle, who grew up in a quiet Scottish village, to make the transition to the bright lights of show business. Mya said the objective is for Boyle to share her talents with the world, and she is doing so.
Also performing on the show was Grammy-winning singer Michael Bublé, who sang Haven’t Met You Yet and Feeling Good. Donny Osmond joked he felt like chopped liver once his sultry dance partner, Kym Johnson, laid her eyes on the dreamy Canadian crooner.
I Dreamed a Dream, which also feature Boyle singing classics such as Daydream Believer and Amazing Grace, hits stores November 23.
Dancing With The Stars airs Monday at 8/7c and Tuesday at 9/8c on ABC.
