“I had no idea what happened or how it happened,” she said about Joe grabbing her hair from behind and yanking her down to the ground in the middle of the crowded bar after she poured a drink on him.

Early in the morning on Friday, August 28, Jayde, her boyfriend Brody Jenner and a group of friends were at Guys and Dolls when Jayde spotted Joe grabbing her friend and trying to kiss her. Jayde quickly dumped the shot she was holding on his shoulder, and turned back to the bar. That’s when the violence started. Joe pushed bar patrons aside, reached through the crowd and grabbed Jayde by the hair, dragging her through the crowd and yanked her down to the floor! Melee ensued, with Brody and others chasing Francis through the bar.

The following day Jayde went to the doctor who she said told her the injuries she sustained were “Like having severe whiplash. It was like I wan in a car accident.”
Ronald Richards, Jayde’s lawyer defended his client and slammed the Girls Gone Wilder founder’s violent reaction and the defense he’s been using – “It clearly shows this was not a case of self defense.”
Police are still investigating the incident.
