Legal Expert and former View co-host, Star Jones, is lashing out at the racial prejudice which she feels allowed director Roman Polanski to avoid being arrested for three decades.

Jones discusses Polanski’s recent arrest in an interview with The Insider set to air Monday night. The director, who was married to Charlie Manson victim Sharon Tate in the 1960s, was taken into custody last month in Zurich, Switzerland, 30 years after fleeing the US to avoid sentencing in a sex assault case involving a 13-year-old girl.

Something tells me Spike Lee would not have been allowed to chill in France for the last three decades had he admitted to having sex with a 13-year-old.’
